To transfer points from the website, log in to your Chase account and click on “Ultimate Rewards points” on the right-hand side of your screen, under “Rewards”.
Choose “All ways to redeem” on the right-hand side.
You’ll have a few different options. Select the one that says “Transfer points”.
On the next page, you’ll see the list of transfer partners, including those with available transfer bonuses. Below is a screenshot of the hotel transfer partners.
Choose the partner you want to transfer points to. On the next page, you’ll input your loyalty number for that program. If you haven’t created a loyalty account, you’ll have to do that first.
It’s important that you type in the loyalty number exactly as it is, to avoid disruptions or complications.
Once you enter your number, you’ll be prompted to input how many points you’d like to transfer.
Note that you should not do test transfers, as this could cause complications or delays in transferring your points.
Then choose “submit” on the last page. Most points should show up in a few minutes!
